        Working with giant international logistic company e.g. DHL,EMS, we are able to provide best professional logistic solutions on the market. Therefore, we are not liable to any damages accured due to insufficient packaging. Please contact us for further information if you need extra insurance to cover your valuable consignments. Please note the following points during your packaging process.

  1. The weight of each parcel should be within 30kg.
  2. The maximum length of your parcel is 1.05m. If your parcel is longer than this restriction, please contact customer service for alternative shipping options.
  3. The dimensions of your parcel should satisfy this dimensional restriction: Length+2x (Width+Height) less than 2m.
  4. Please provide detailed packaging list clarifying the quantity and value of your goods when you place an order online. We will base on this information to provide custom clearance or compensation claim services if required.
  5. Excellent packaging is vital for internaltional logistic. The outer package should be robust; packaging matertial should be applied between your goods. To reduce the risk of contamination caused by damaged liquid products within your package, please wrap the liquid products with absorptive material and seperate them from other goods.
  6. When you get the delivery, please count your goods immediately and clarify any damages or losses on your delivery note before signing for it. All the support documents i.e. photos, damages or losses list, shopping receipt should be provided to us as soon as possible in order to start your claim process.
  7. For PAECELFORCE/EMS compensation for goods lost or damages, please refer to Parcel Force Terms & Conditions. For airfreight service the compensation for goods lost is up to 100RMB per kg.
  8. For Global Buy service,we supply re-packaging service for fragile items i.e. baby milk and other baby food according to customer’s requirement and would like to take certain responsibilities for goods damages due to our insufficient repacking which seldom happens. The compensation we offer for goods damages is assessed on each individual case. We generally offer up to 100RMB/Tin compensation for baby milk). However, customer must describe the damages in details on the receipt when signing for their delivery. All photos showing damages and goods value receipts must be supplied to us no later than 5 working days after receiving the goods. Otherwise, we will not consider the compensation requests.
